• Monthly cashbooks & journals of 10 inter-companies on Accpac
• Monthly recons of all balance sheet items including all banks, intercompanies & control accounts
• Capture monthly salaries journals
• SARS monthly EMP201 (PAYE) return & bi-monthly VAT return
• Daily cashflow management between all banks & intercompanies
• Capture & pay supplier invoices
• Daily stock-take of staff tuck-shop to update financials of the Social Club
