Responsibilities:
• Collect monthly claims & premiums reports from about 60 insurance brokers & process these into a standard format report on Excel using lookups & pivot tables for EXCO meetings
• Design, create new or manipulate existing automated Excel spreadsheets, using functions & formulas in order to assist in developing the accounting system which basically only consisted of linked & automated Excel spreadsheets (no formal system existed)
• Monthly administration & pay over Sasria premiums for all the brokers
• Recon premium reports to actual cash received in the bank & investigate & follow up on variances
• Identify & investigate significant increase in claims compared to previous months
